This petition will be brought to order so that anyone that is buried at the West End Cemetary located in Phenix City, Alabama will have a lot number. Requiring the Alabama Health Department to keep a record of the lot number so when someone is put to rest family members can locate their remains, along with the death certificate.

Bout time someone did something about this. How are we supposed to visit our loved ones if there aint even a record of where they are at? Ridiculous.

My grandmother is out there and I cannot even find her grave. It is a disaster. Please fix this so people can pay their respects properly.
