- We the people are asking that the LAWS that have been put in place for Cemeteries be upheld and enforced for all the people of the United State. Our Cemeteries are being desecrated and no one is holding those responsible for doing this accountable for their actions. Our LAWS clearly state that if you desecrate or destroy a Cemetery you are breaking the LAWS of our County. This Petition is for all Cemeteries to remain Sacred, and for all of our family members who are resting Peacefully in them.

Sounds like the Harris County DA needs to be recalled if he refuses to press charges on this,
This cemetery has been in the Aldine community for years. It is part of our history as well as a resting place for families of this area. Please help save our cemetery and the important history of this area.
Please enforce the laws for cemeteries. This is a historical cemetery & those buried deserve to be respected. Thank you
Alot of these small cemetery's are family ones and are maintained by family. THEY SHOULD NOT BE BULLDOZED!!
My granny and pawpaws cemetery. Uncle Jimmy and Uncle Ernie. I dont want to see this cemetery destroyed anymore nor anything built here on this land over the top of War Veterans
The company clearly broke the law and should not be allowed to build on this land!
Hopefully the Harris County Court will fix this ASAP!

This historical cemetery needs to be protected by the law. It's very hard to imagine the construction folks didn't know what they were doing.
