We, the owners and riders of the Hero Xpulse 210, are facing a widespread and persistent tappet noise issue in almost every bike of this model. Despite numerous complaints, Hero MotoCorp has not acknowledged or resolved this defect, which affects ride quality and engine reliability. We demand an immediate investigation, free repairs or recall, transparent updates, and warranty extension on affected parts. Hero MotoCorp must take responsibility and fix this problem now.

I have the tappet noise issue, on checking with the service center, instead of providing a resolution for it, i am being asked to ride like that, which is not at all acceptable
As loyal customers, we expect a product that meets basic mechanical tolerances and a permanent fix from the manufacturer, not just temporary adjustments
My x pulse 210 is making serious engine sound, my bike has covered only 250 kms and I started to face this problem
my xpulse 210 only covered 1700 kilometres now have engine tappet noise problem ,oil leak,performance issue,break failure,bike turning off when you are riding at 60kmph..visited service centre few times venad hero they didnt fix anything
Hi team, Rahul this side so I heard lot of people who are using this bole is face the same issue which is engine tapping sound, and heating issues break failure so,I really hope hero motocorp help everyone out there solving this issue on an system update as I am also a xpulse 210 user Thank you..

I brought my xpulse 210 on December 2025 and it has run around 3k kms now. And the tappet noise has begun, the tappet noise is louder than the exhaust itself. It's soo disappointing cuz the exhaust note was soo good during the first 2 months and now the noise. Please solve this issue asap.
