I have bought xpulse 210 and facing oil pressure issue, on 3rd gear engine struggling after 4000 rpm and my bike didnt covered 100 Km (70 km)

Team Hero, I don’t own the Xpulse 210 yet, but I’m planning to buy one. However, after seeing the feedback online about certain issues, I’m feeling a bit hesitant to go ahead with the purchase. I recently took a test ride and genuinely loved the bike. In my opinion, if these issues are addressed and fixed permanently, there is no other bike in this segment that can compete with the Xpulse 210. I request you to please look at this from a customer’s perspective. Imagine buying a new bike and facing problems the very next day—it can be quite disappointing. I’m planning to wait until May. If I start seeing more positive feedback and confirmation that these issues have been resolved, I will definitely go ahead with the purchase. Otherwise, it may be a missed opportunity—not just with me, but potentially with many other customers who are interested in the bike but are concerned because of these few issues. I hope Hero addresses these concerns soon.

I brought my xpulse 210 on December 2025 and it has run around 3k kms now. And the tappet noise has begun, the tappet noise is louder than the exhaust itself. It's soo disappointing cuz the exhaust note was soo good during the first 2 months and now the noise. Please solve this issue asap.

My engine turned off suddenly while riding, indicators and sensors are not working, engine noise is there, while shifting to 6th gear automatically coming to 5th gear

Stupid vehicle hard earned money lost

I have the tappet noise issue, on checking with the service center, instead of providing a resolution for it, i am being asked to ride like that, which is not at all acceptable

As loyal customers, we expect a product that meets basic mechanical tolerances and a permanent fix from the manufacturer, not just temporary adjustments
