The teachers and Staff at Central District 104 have been working tirelessly all school year for students and parents. They work -and as of right now, they do it without a contract. There's no guarantee of stable pay or work. The consistent, caring teachers that our children know and love (as do many of us as parents) and anticipate seeing every school year could be gone. We owe it to those teachers to let it be known to the district that we are not ok with this. We love Central District 104, the teachers and staff and they deserve to be treated fairly and receive the comfort of reliable pay and job security.
