Teachers do not feel appreciated by the school board. Hazelwood Schools District want teachers to work more hours without any pay increase and are being sketchy over contracts. The teachers, students, and parents want and need to be heard and addressed by the school board immediately. They should not be able to avoid this issue and our voices. If students are suffering due to amazing, dedicated teachers leaving why is this issue being ignored? Be for the students and the teachers. Those who sign this petition demand an explanation and extreme changes to fit students and teachers needs.

I believe that teacher should get raises for they're dedication to their jobs because it's important and we do not need to lose our teachers because we need experienced teachers to know how to teach the right things to the kids that need it which is all of us as Students in the Hazelwood School District.
Give these teachers what they deserve, they're good people with families and this all comes from bad leadership, the superintendents are trash and we deserve to be heard
I feel tht we as students should fight for this because its not right tht we never have a say in anything (neither do parents) and the teacher i have have kids tht needs food , a roof on their head, and clothing this district is messes up for this.
The issue is that we are losing our teachers because they do not feel appreciated. What we are asking, the students, is that we should not have to suffer because the board of education don't want to agree with the teachers needs. It becomes our issue when we are losing teachers that are actually dedicated to their students.
It is the students problem because it affects our education when the good and dedicated teachers leave because they get treated better somewhere else.
