We the members of Vietnam Veterans of America local Chapter # 1027 located in northern Indiana support the idea of declaring March 30th each year to be the Welcome Home Day for all Vietnam Era Veterans. The State support is requested as we have previously received a declaration from both the cities of South Bend and Mishawaka Indiana. Your support is greatly appreciated.
