Vista Montana residents need a safe rear gate exit. By signing this petition, you are asking the Homeowners Association Board to obtain a quote and to make a special assessment to create an automatic gate. It could be constructed in such a way that a VM gate opener could be used to open the gate, or at the very minimum to exit the park safely. One way tire puncturing device could be used to restrict incoming traffic. Especially timely since we have had two fatalities this week in front of the park in the "suicide lane."

We need another exit route
In case there's another accident, it would be good if the back gate would open for entrance also.

It is definately time to do something in front of our community other than piling up bodies from speeding vehicles and those not paying attention in the left turn lane. If the city won't help, we must take action ourselves. Dennis
