Trespassing, vandalism, and theft can be significantly reduced with the presence of a gate. Other types of crimes can be deterred when both the general public and community members feel as though they are more likely to get caught in a gated community that clearly values security.

The management at Little Bow Resort is still ignoring the obvious vulnerability of our current gate. We are sick of waiting while theft and trespassing continue to compromise our safety.
