Trying to get signatures to present to management company and the developer to show the overall community disapproval of having an arm gate. My idea is to present the option of a more traditional and secure swing gate that would better prohibit unwanted access. Any other ideas would be welcome but just wanted to get signatures representing those who don't want the arm gate.

Thank you! My desire is for the sole trash provider to be Heritage and for our neighborhood to be secured by a true gate that either swings or slides open instead of the arm we were told by Dree would be installed.

I was "sold" on the idea of a "GATE" and not an "arm". The salesperson boasted about it constantly. If we don't get a real gate then this is a case of bait and switch. As for the trash pickup. I've been in contact with MGH and they are egomaniacal about how they are the "chosen ones" and we cannot use anyone else.
