Dear: Day Creek Square Homeowners Association Members
In our community there has been a lot of theft committed. The stealing of shoes and the breaking into cars. These acts have been happening at night and during the day. If we don’t do something or at least try, things could escalate further by these criminals, this is something I hope doesn’t happen. I ask for you to sign this petition to ask the HOA board to get a quote on the installation of a security gate around our community, and then present it to us at the next meeting with what effect it can have on the HOA payment. And based on that information hold a vote on if as community if we want to proceed further. I think this could be a start for us to get their attention on this current situation in our community.

Too many break ins lately. My neighbors car got hit last week and I am tired of looking over my shoulder every time I walk to my front door.
100% need a gate. I see a lot of suspicious cars driving around the neighborhood.
Please install the gate ,We seriously need more security in this community, we moved in for a month and keep hearing thieves around

Recent crime rates raising concerns every member of this community. I hope we can work something out to make sure everyone in this community feel safe.

This HOA doesn’t care about us. Just the other day they painted some curbs red without giving us prior notice. My car was parked in that legal parking spot which became illegal after the curb was painted red. I was out of town so I couldn’t move my car and it was towed at my expense. $440.00 that I have to pay. How is this fair for them to paint this curb without giving us notice and then have my car towed? The communication by this HOA To the homeowners is awful.
