Those of us who live on Brooks St. know that often cars speed toward Mockingbird Lane when they get past the stop sign on Concord St. I am proposing that we add a three-way stop sign at the intersection of Brooks and Charles Streets to try and slow people down a bit more. 

A lack of sidewalks and sidewalks that are difficult to navigate due to treacherously uneven pavement causes many to walk in the streets. And with many walkers, runners, bike riders and young children in the neighborhood, we need to do something to help slow people down. 

 Please support the request for a stop sign by signing this petition. I will then take the petition to the Board of Selectmen and ask for approval. Thank you.
