We the students of University of Delaware are writing to the University to improve safety on campus. We found that the best way to do so would be adding 100 light posts around campus and the areas around it. Research shows that crimes are less likely to happen in well-lit areas, and also students feel safer in areas that are brighter. By signing our petition, you are helping the University of Delaware become a safer campus for all.
