We, the undersigned owners of property and residents of the community affected by the requested zoning change described in the above referenced file, do hereby protest against any change of the Land Development Code which would zone the property to any classification other than its current R1 (Single Family Homes).

We protest the requested change for all of, but not limited to, the following reasons:

• R3 High-Density Housing does not comply with the APC’s recently published guidance
• Increased traffic in a primarily residential area and the resulting safety concerns
• R3 High-Density Housing will negatively impact home values in the area
• R3 High-Density Housing will increase load on First-Responders serving our area
• R3 High-Density Housing will increase the likelihood of crime in our area
• R3 High-Density Housing may put stress on our local schools
• R3 High-Density Housing is intended for student housing
• R3 High-Density Housing will likely be sold and may cause maintenance issues
• R3 High-Density Housing does not conform to the current layout of Single Family Homes andwill change the demeanor of the area we have chosen to invest in
