Residents of Camelot aren't you tired of the rent constantly going up with little to no park improvement?! Me too! Currently they are asking us to sign a new lease to increase our $480 base rent to $500. Take a stand with me and sign this petition, it's a start!

Updates

April 2, 2019

The accumulation of signatures has gained enough momentum to secure a meeting with the property management firm next week. We are currently drafting a formal letter outlining our demands regarding the rent hike and maintenance requirements.

It would be different if the park did stuff around here but they don't. Have problems with people but call the police they say yeah right. Mangement do not care about this park. At one time it was really nice place to live but now they allow trash in. Stop paying maybe they would do something HAHA. No increase people are losing their jobs its a pandemic. Seniors live here on a fixed income.

I own my mobile home and should not have to be paying almost 600 a month for renting a lot to park my trailer. If I could afford that I wouldn't be living in a trailer! You are criminals! You expect us to pay all this money and you can't even do basic upkeep for the park. The playground needs redone. The roads need redone. They need plowed properly, and salted. Half of us need new driveways. Half the light poles do not work. The useless mailboxes in our yards are an eyesore.

Lancelot Resident here. If they raise too much more we will be forced to move. Some of my neighbors dont have jobs and live on the retirement checks. Getting by is hard enough for them.

Just disquisting every year getting rich off most of the residents that are on fixed income that have lived here for years. The roads are never completely paved they are patched. Justify why we pay the highest rent of any trailer park in portage county

Three years ago, I asked how often rent goes up and I was told by the office “very rarely” it goes up. Now it’s went up every year on the year and not seeing a return on the monies. I still pay taxes on the lot, I maintain the property at my expense while snow plowing destroys my lawn and come spring I reach into my wallet to start over to maintain land I don’t even own. I see flooding in my yard and bad at the end of the street. No need to address potholes because that’s another story. Water pressure is low at times or always something going on and water is shut off do to this repair or that repair. Sad to say I am moving, and this is just part of the reason why. I find this park lacks pride in ownership and management needs to create a better rapport with its tenants.

There other park has a pool and lower lot rent. Our roads stink, Park has gone down hill. Mailboxes r still by the houses which need pulled. The snow plow destroys our yards and we fix them not Camelot. Our sidewalk floods and they came to fix it and they still didn’t fix it correctly. Our yard floods so bad
