STOP THE RENT INCREASE!!!

It would be different if the park did stuff around here but they don't. Have problems with people but call the police they say yeah right. Mangement do not care about this park. At one time it was really nice place to live but now they allow trash in. Stop paying maybe they would do something HAHA. No increase people are losing their jobs its a pandemic. Seniors live here on a fixed income.

I own my mobile home and should not have to be paying almost 600 a month for renting a lot to park my trailer. If I could afford that I wouldn't be living in a trailer! You are criminals! You expect us to pay all this money and you can't even do basic upkeep for the park. The playground needs redone. The roads need redone. They need plowed properly, and salted. Half of us need new driveways. Half the light poles do not work. The useless mailboxes in our yards are an eyesore.

With Covid running rapid. People not working. Food Pantries running out of food. Seniors living on a fixed income. This is not justified ....

Ridiculous

This is just not right with COVID I believe every ones rent should go down we are all struggling so why is it going up

Lancelot Resident here. If they raise too much more we will be forced to move. Some of my neighbors dont have jobs and live on the retirement checks. Getting by is hard enough for them.

Lot rent increase but management is worthless too much trash in this park that needs to be kicked out and get did of the drugs in this park

Flooded yards, bad roads, plowing sucks...do something for that extra money geeze

Just disquisting every year getting rich off most of the residents that are on fixed income that have lived here for years. The roads are never completely paved they are patched. Justify why we pay the highest rent of any trailer park in portage county

Three years ago, I asked how often rent goes up and I was told by the office “very rarely” it goes up. Now it’s went up every year on the year and not seeing a return on the monies. I still pay taxes on the lot, I maintain the property at my expense while snow plowing destroys my lawn and come spring I reach into my wallet to start over to maintain land I don’t even own. I see flooding in my yard and bad at the end of the street. No need to address potholes because that’s another story. Water pressure is low at times or always something going on and water is shut off do to this repair or that repair. Sad to say I am moving, and this is just part of the reason why. I find this park lacks pride in ownership and management needs to create a better rapport with its tenants.

When it rains I have over 2 inches of standing water in my drive.

Please stop the increases. The rent is already too much. We are on a fixed income.

There was nothing stating what the increase is for and what the money is going to so I can only assume that this increase is strictly for someone’s profit. The parks are minimal and not kept up with properly. I have to drive to the other end of the park for my own mail while my mailbox is still sitting at the end of my driveway and has been, unused, for a few years now. The roads suck, the water pressure is low and never guaranteed. I’m expected to keep up with a yard that turns into a pond when it rains with the threat of fines or eviction if someone isn’t happy with it. I can’t even allow my son to play basketball in my own 6 car driveway without a letter from the office (and the basketball court in the park is either locked or occupied by foul-mouthed teenagers who I don’t want my children learning from). The increases Haven’t been justified in the past. I expect an increase if the levy passes, but It isn’t even up for vote until next month. So what is the reason? Are the roads finally going to be fixed? The pipes? The parks updated and added to? Something for the seniors? We already have to give management a cut of what we sell our trailers for in order to get out of here. Someone please explain to me why management should get MORE from us. Anything at all to benefit the residents rather than to fill someone’s pockets?

We need to stop this increase. This is ridiculous, every year.

Rent is too high

I just want to say I understand. About inflation. But i have asked several times about. Getting. My yard repaired because. Of it being like swamp. Their are driveways that you can not get into after a rain or even enter their homes without wearing high boots. We have no rec. Example swimming pool. Really nothing for the older groups. The parks are just minimal. Really I want to know what we are paying for. We must pay to use the Party Center. There is really nothing to warrent an increase. There are atleast 500 trailers here x 500 a month is 25000 a month that is 300000 a year for what exactly? The roads are horrible, light posts that dont work, nothing here for any ages, the parks are old and worn down. So were exactly is our money going? What exactly am i paying for? A tiny piece of property that my trailer sits on that i am responsible to maintain i.e. cut the grass plow the drive. If water lines freeze we pay because its our trailer. So please tell me what exactly i get from my 6000 a year! What are the benefits of living in this "private" park?

What was even done with the last increase? Roads are still crap, plowing sucked, ect...
