In light of the current conditions, we the residents of Scenic Hill request you to postpone the planned road renovations at least for the next 6 months. In addition, any restoration/ renovation for the community, unless absolutely necessary (roof repairs etc.) should be put on hold.

The road is good enough to last another 10 years just patch it like the Wilfs do at west mill.
Hi Thomas, I believe this project has been put on hold for the next 60 days. We can ask about the value of the contract during the next board meeting.
And to schedule the next Board meeting to be held virtually!

What is the value of this contract?....and please tell me it went out to bid as a vendor already seems to have been selected!
