We should not suffer the financial consequences of the store's inability to properly stock their shelves. The new Rain Check policy at Harris Teeter states that we may not combine Rain Checks with any other discount, namely coupons. This is not acceptable customer service. There is no reason why we shouldn't be able to use a coupon distributed by a product manufacturer in conjunction with a Rain Check. The store is refunded the coupon amount and it is the fault of the store for lacking in back stock of sale products to begin with.
I have started this petition in the hopes of collecting signatures to back my formal request to Harris Teeter to consider changing their Rain Check policy to allow the use of coupons. Please support me, by signing this petition, to show that the change to the policy has overall affected many customers of Harris Teeter who shop there simply to feed their families while saving money.

I am highly dissatisfied with your new rain check policy. Nearly 90% of the time my store is out of almost all sale items and if I can use my coupons at time of sale why can't I use them later if the store is out of stock?
Changing this policy will ensure the safety of all husbands out there, simply by improving the happiness of every wife/woman out there.
