The following 'issues' have been identified, (not extensive):
- The parking lot should be one-way to avoid accidents
- Unpacking stock should be done at times and days when the shop is not full of customers.(after or just before closing)
- Stock should not be left unattended by the unpacking staff.
- Wider passages would make it easier to use trolleys in the shop (thinking of moms with kids and the elderly)
- During busy times, all available till points should be utilised.
- All 'specials' should be clearly marked and should be stocked. (It has been found that stock on 'special' are removed and replaced with those not on promotion on the day or day before an item goes on promotion).

Dit lyk weekliks so. Beste van als is rakke met spesiale aanbod is altyd leeg. En hul pryse spring erg. een maand R60 nescafe en dan maand na spesiale prys is dit R90 n bottel, so ook 100 ander. Ook het hul net sekere produkte en nie al die gewone nie. Hier meer as genoeg mense wat koop om hom groter te maak
ALL OF ABOVE! Please renovate your ceilings and floors. Western entrance to PnP too steap for trolleys & wheelchairs and same applies to radius points around end of shopping aisles. Exit points, after tills, mostly conjested. Delivery / dispatch department at east side of building needs to be kept from public view..
Die rolstoelparkerings is heeltemal onvoldoende. Te ver van die ingang. Moet in die pad agter al die geparkeerde voertuie verby wat ñ groot risiko inhou. Die een enkele parkering by die ingang is lagwekkend klein, glad nie die standaard grootte vir rolstoelparkering nie. Verder stop enige iemand op daardie parkerings en absoluut niks word daaraan gedoen nie!!
O and please talk to your staff when unpacking stock is NOT NOT the time to stand and have a very intense confersation with each other. And talk and talk and talk. As a customer I had to wait for about 15 min for 3 packers to stop their conversation so that I could be helped
Agree- the day after special ended- stock appear, but not on special anymore! Spar in Cullinan have better prices, and specials is always available!
Why is Rayton Pic a Pay prices higher than Lynnwood Ridge and Faerie Glen they all belong to the same franchise

Insufficient staff at pay points during peak times, parking-lot is a nightmare, store layout is horrendous - isles too narrow for two-way traffic, queues at pay points interfere with other shoppers.
