Rent cannot be increased I can't open windows cos there's nothing holding them my water doesn't even last I tap few times then it's done so please fix first my door is forever hanging since that wind and when it rains it's worse
Disagree with rent increase.. our cars dont have shelter electricity bill is too high as well as water bill
1.You guys claim that the rent increase is because you can't do any maintenance or anything in complex but in all the years we have never seen any changes in the development. 2.I've been here since 2018 and this place is still the same as before nothing has been improved nor maintained. 3. You said foreigner are not allowed but we still see them wonder around the development, we have neighbors who are filthy dirty, people living in that flat change every week, every week there's new people in the flat and then when we complain you guys tell us that you will sort it out but till today nothing has happened. 4 people's cars are being broken into, tires are being smashed and yet we pay R75 for parking, you said if we don't pay the R75, should something like this happen to our cars you will not be responsible and I feel like it's the same thing with paying the R75 because there are so many complaints about car theft, tires being smashed and still you guys are doing nothing so clearly our money is going down the drain There's alot I can speak of about this development. There's no rent increase that will happen because you people are full of nonsense all you do is sit in your offices and enjoy our money and what kind of social housing that increases rent?!.

First let's see some developments in the complex as well as major safety concerns, and then we can revisit the rental increment issue.
