The property manager of Midtowne Apartments Bryan, Texas, a senior community, bullies the residents, steals their rent money, and refuses to make repairs or answer the phone. The elderly should not be harassed and threatened, but this happens to them almost daily by the property manager. She uses fear and intimidation to control them, so that she can continue to pocket money and sleep with residents. Many incidents have occurred and went undocumented. She feels she's inferior, because corporate does not reprimand her. Community leaders, such as the police, have began advising families to move their loved ones out of this community. Some residents have gone without air conditioning, some live with mold and mildew in their apartments, apartments have flooded, one resident has been without electricity for a day, another without a refrigerator, and there has been one to have his leg broken due to improper conditions.
