CareDash has gathered information about thousands of LCSWs and other healthcare providers without their permission or knowledge. They then falsely market the services of these unaffiliated clinicians to direct potential patients to their own clinicians, BetterHelp providers, or other CareDash affiliated organizations.

This is a restriction of trade that should be stopped immediately. Urge CareDash to cease this duplicitous practice. CSWA encourages all affected parties to file complaints with the appropriate state and/or national organizations.

I am concerned about all of this but after learning more about how practitioners are responding, I’m increasingly concerned that many practitioners are directed complaints towards the Better Business Bureau, where Ted Chan, Caredash’s founder, former CEO, and advisor, is now the Chief Innovation Officer.

Have not worked at sites they have me located at for over 5 years. They refuse to remove my name unless I discontinue my NPI number. Have tried multiple times. They are using my name eroneously

CareDash posted inaccurate information about my business and created a rating platform that allowed a non-client of mine to write incredibly damaging things about me without basis. This has, undoubtedly, affected my business.

My ethical standards are always to fall in line for the best of my clients and the social work profession. CareDash wrongly used my information, title, and license, to lure clients to an unethical platform. They refused to remove my information. Please stop this poor business practice!

This practice -- no matter what company is involved -- must stop. None of us worked hard to graduate and earn our licenses so that some profiteering corporation can use us -- without our permission!! -- to market its own employees and increase its sales through our reputations.

CareDash is misleading consumers by implying that ALL health professionals on there website can be accessed through them, when in actuality they are pushing consumers only to providers/companies that have partnered with them.

Very interested in joining any class action lawsuits. Misinformation in their system have caused expensive delays in my practice.
