Very interested in joining any class action lawsuits. Misinformation in their system have caused expensive delays in my practice.

Caredash allowed a completely false and defamatory review about me to appear on their site. The person who left the review was not one of my clients and made serious and harmful accusations about me. I have contacted several agencies and will continue to work on this until the review is removed and they are held accountable.

I am a licensed mental health counselor and my information was on Care Dash without my consent. There was also a review which was totally false.

CareDash allows non-clients to make reviews with incorrect information. When contacted, they basically reply with computer generated responses. I never gave permission for them to have my profile and have asked them to remove it, without success. They have no care for providers.

Have not worked at sites they have me located at for over 5 years. They refuse to remove my name unless I discontinue my NPI number. Have tried multiple times. They are using my name eroneously

It is essential that CareDash cease your unethical and duplicitous practice to deceive potential patients in order to redirect potential patients to your own providers.

CareDash posted inaccurate information about my business and created a rating platform that allowed a non-client of mine to write incredibly damaging things about me without basis. This has, undoubtedly, affected my business.

My ethical standards are always to fall in line for the best of my clients and the social work profession. CareDash wrongly used my information, title, and license, to lure clients to an unethical platform. They refused to remove my information. Please stop this poor business practice!

Signing on behalf of a physician who is being damaged by the wholly inaccurate profile CareDash presents. A deceptive and dangerous business model that must be stopped.

You do have not have my permission and have published false information about my practice. You are using me and thousands of other mental health professionals in a bait and switch scheme that steals business from us and purposefully misleads the public.

I am concerned about all of this but after learning more about how practitioners are responding, I’m increasingly concerned that many practitioners are directed complaints towards the Better Business Bureau, where Ted Chan, Caredash’s founder, former CEO, and advisor, is now the Chief Innovation Officer.

Please REMOVE MY INFORMATION from CareDash. I DID NOT give permission or consent to my information being used on your website. Additionally the information you listed is erroneousness. It is deceptive and unethical or you to do a bait and switch. You are stealing business away from me and to your paid advertisers on your site. Which is FRAUD!
