I'm disappointed in the amount of wasted energy in trying to stop a good thing. The land owner should have done there due diligence and should have fully understood what "Public Reserve " means. The fact that town council remains on the "fence" on getting project done is disappointing. It's simple, finish what you've started, it's already slated to be part of a walk system, get it done already!!

It is a must that these two communities be connected for resident biking, walking, etc. at the Montgomery location that has always been designated in the original plan of development. Stonewall Council must now act and do the right thing to make this happen.

This is a great way to encourage more physical activity within the town, connect existing neighbourhoods, and to provide alternative safe routes to schools. The decision is simple.

I'm extremely disappointed in the town of stonewall for their response to not completing this sidewalk. This is not about money, IT'S about safety for the children in this area of not having to walk along a busy road to get to school.....i'd rather they cut back on fireworks at query days to free up funds to complete this...very disappointing

We have observed individuals walking through home owners yards at the West end of Montgomery St. Walking on 12th St W is not safe and trespassing is not a good option. A proper connection is required.

My family and I relocated to Stonewall (Stone Ridge Meadows) a year ago and the trail system for residents was influential in our decision. 12th street isn't safe for pedestrians or cyclists.

Completing this sidewalk to connect Stoneridge Meadows to the rest of the Town of Stonewall would be a common sense decision.

These types of pathways help to make our community a progressive, attractive and healthy place to live. Be smart about this,
