In accordance with Article III, Section 3, of the Bylaws of the St. Tropez Condominium, we the undersigned unit owners are requesting the President of the Board of Managers to call for a Special Meeting of the Board on or before December 7.

The stated purpose of the Special Meeting is:
1) to review recent changes to the manner in which the building is managed and operated, and;
2) to consider the removal and replacement of member(s) of the Board of Managers.

Updates

November 16, 2011

The quiet feedback I have received from neighbors indicates that the recent shifts in building operations have affected us all in profound ways. These conversations reinforce why we are insisting on a formal meeting to address our concerns directly with the Board. Transparency remains our primary goal as we seek to restore proper oversight for our community.

November 16, 2011

The momentum behind this request is a clear sign that our neighbors are ready for a different path forward. This level of engagement reflects our collective desire for transparent management and accountability within our building.

TERRIBLE management. My hallway hasn't been cleaned in weeks. Ridiculous.

Ridiculous management. Expenses are up and service is down. Get them out.

I am so tired of the lack of communication. Nobody knows what is going on with the budget.

About time. The building has gone downhill so fast this year. Something has to change.
