The quiet feedback I have received from neighbors indicates that the recent shifts in building operations have affected us all in profound ways. These conversations reinforce why we are insisting on a formal meeting to address our concerns directly with the Board. Transparency remains our primary goal as we seek to restore proper oversight for our community.

Things need to be fixed ASAP. This board is not doing their job.
Ridiculous management. Expenses are up and service is down. Get them out.
I am so tired of the lack of communication. Nobody knows what is going on with the budget.
About time. The building has gone downhill so fast this year. Something has to change.
Finally. Let's get new people in who actually care about the property value.
