Florida Statutes 720.303 and 723.078 allow for the removal of board members with or without cause with a majority of the owners vote. This petition calls for the removal of Kris Kral as the president of the Toscana Townhomes Board of Directors, as a direct result of the special assessment proposed by him and the circumstances surrounding it. The passing of this petition would force the removal of Kris Kral from the board, halting the immediate passing of a special assessment, and call a special session to vote for the replacement, as well as discuss the repair plans listed in the special assessment.

I have spent the last few days talking with neighbors who are genuinely terrified about how these costs will affect their ability to remain in their homes. It is becoming clear that we cannot afford to wait while Kris Kral continues to push this assessment through without real transparency.

Seeing this level of support from neighbors proves that none of us want to be blindsided by these unfair financial burdens. I am genuinely moved by how many of you stepped up to demand accountability for our homes.
