For the past 11 years, Pei-Mei has been passionately and selflessly serving the Bay Club squash community. However, some of you may have heard that Maha is coming over to Fremont as squash director and that Pei-Mei's focus may be redirected to other sports, and can no longer serve Bay Club squash community.
We are extremely concerned about this decision. We all firmly believe she is an essential figure to the program: her tireless effort and love in helping others grow -- in the sport, and as human beings -- is a testament to that. Parents had concerns that spanned the spectrum: their children's technique, training, progress, tournament, attitude and behavior. Pei-Mei has been the one to patiently and wholeheartedly tend to them all. She is more than a sports coordinator -- she is the inspiration, backbone and soul of the program.
With the impending expansion of the squash facility, her service will be needed more than ever before. We sincerely hope she can continue helping the Bay Club squash program.

The feedback received thus far confirms that Pei-Mei remains the integral heart of our squash program. We are currently coordinating with management to ensure our collective concerns are formally reviewed by those in positions of authority.

Pei-Mei has been instrumental in keeping the Squash program running at Bay Club Fremont. Please find a way to retain her alongside Maha as part of the bigger squash program at BCF.
We signed up for family members only so my kids can be in PeiMei’s squash program. We want her to continue running the squash program since she knows how to help our kids improve after 3 years of training. Consistent training from same coaches is important for my kid. Thanks.
Pei-mei has near single handedly built this Fremont youth squash community and without her continuing this work, it’s it will likely not continue to grow at the same rate and potentially even move backwards.
Pei-Mei is an absolutely integral member of the squash community. She and her sons have been critical to building a strong community in the bay area, spreading passion for the game, skill development, and being extremely kind, generous people. Please keep her as squash coordinator at Bay Club Fremont!
It would be very disappointing if Pei-mei will not remain the main point of contact. We depend on her for our players development and she is one of the kindest and most knowledgeable person in sqaush that we have met. She takes a personal interest in our needs. We will reconsider our membership if she is sidelined in sqaush.
Our kids just started squash lessons with Pei-Mei’s boys a few months ago. We are new to the squash community and not sure why Pei-Mei won’t be available in squash program going forward. Pei-Mei and her boys are really nice and patient when coaching my kids. My kids are now falling love with squash though they are not very good at the sport yet. It would be sad if we lose Pei-Mei in squash community. Hope we will still have her in the Bay Club Squash program.
Pei Mei introduced our two boys to the sport. Her experience and passion for spreading squash is what made us choose to join Bay Club. Our boys are just starting and they already love it. The program would not be the same without Pei Mei without her and her family.

Pei Mei has done a tranmendsous job in term of developing the squash. She has three kids who play pro, she knows what kind of training and attention players need. I can't imagine if club dont have her professional experience and enthusiasm.
