Our kids just started squash lessons with Pei-Mei’s boys a few months ago. We are new to the squash community and not sure why Pei-Mei won’t be available in squash program going forward. Pei-Mei and her boys are really nice and patient when coaching my kids. My kids are now falling love with squash though they are not very good at the sport yet. It would be sad if we lose Pei-Mei in squash community. Hope we will still have her in the Bay Club Squash program.

Pei Mei introduced our two boys to the sport. Her experience and passion for spreading squash is what made us choose to join Bay Club. Our boys are just starting and they already love it. The program would not be the same without Pei Mei without her and her family.

Pei-Mei was the driving force for our kids to take squash seriously. She meticulously plans & pushes kids. Hard to imagine fremont squash without her involvement.

Pei Mei is a great asset to the squash program. It would be a great loss if she were to leave the Squash program.

Pei-Mei truly is the backbone of the Bay Club squash program and the catalyst for inspiring the squash community members to reach their potential. She is very professional and passionate as she mentors and serves the squash community. Pei-Mei has a tremendous amount of experience under her belt, which has shown to be invaluable in the lives of so many players. We firmly believe that she is irreplaceable as a sports coordinator, and would love to see her continue serving the Bay Club squash community.

Please squash will never ever be the same without Peimei and her dedication. She was a major force in our kids lives. She helped every single child that she came across. Please keep her plugged into our sport.

It's hard to find a person who has experience and also has passion for the work. But we are lucky because Pei Mei has been there for the players and families. We would love to have her at the club to continue the jobs.

Pei Mei has done a tranmendsous job in term of developing the squash. She has three kids who play pro, she knows what kind of training and attention players need. I can't imagine if club dont have her professional experience and enthusiasm.

I whole heatedly agree with this petition. Pei-Mei has been an amazing influence on the kids and squash at the club. It cannot be the same without her. She is always there to encourage the students and guide them and the parents along the way. She is an integral part of the squash program at the club and we cannot imagine it without her.

Pei-Mei has been very supportive, helpful, and resourceful with a lot of great advice to all of us squash players, and so loyal to the club and members of Squash community - we need to have her continuing presence to keep the Squash programs and training continuing so well as they have been so far. I do not know anyone else that has such a keen eye to the young players' progress, and so well directs the kids to reach their potential in the Squash court and can quickly see where they can improve, not to mention us more seasoned players who benefited from her advice of how to play squash while constantly improving our game. There are numerous examples of young players that developed to be a top-tier player so amazingly fast that it leaves you speechless. It takes a special skill to dish the advice in a manner that the young players can accept. Let's return her loyal service and keep her where she needs to be - at the Squash courts!

Pei-Mei is the most dedicated and passionate squash coordinator that I have seen. Her entire family have dedicated themselves to squash. Pei-Mei is instrumental in producing top rated players in the Bay Area. Please reconsider your decision and bring Pei-Mei back to Bay Club Squash. Thanks, Srinivasa Mannava ( Parent)

Squash at Bay Club Fremont has been a wondrous voyage from the start. The captain, Ms. Pei-Mei, the coaches, and the players aboard the ship of the squash community make the experience many times better. Every single week, the passengers aboard the ship, the players, enjoy privileges such as physical training, private lessons, on-court gameplay, and much more. Here to sustain all of these services are the crew, coaches and other staff members who make sure all activities are in premium condition. However heavy the jobs of the crew may seem, they do not compare to the job of the captain, Ms. Pei-Mei. She works hard to keep the ship on the right track and organized. Overlooking the itinerary with great care and preciseness, she manages to keep everyone notified and secure. Her skill in her craft such as communication abilities and never-ending care for others makes her one of the fittest captains for this voyage. It would be absolutely illogical to remove Ms. Pei-Mei from her position as she functions as the backbone of the squash community here in Bay Club Fremont. I have greatly enjoyed my experience aboard the Bay Club Fremont squash community and a giant part of that is Ms. Pei-Mei’s role as an excellent captain. Why replace the most talented captain with another captain of unknown talent?

I have met Pei Mei as a beginning squash player, and she has been an amazing force to watch with her efforts to grow the squash community in the past 5 years I've been at Clubsports Fremont, now Bay Club. She has convinced me to enroll my kids, who are now regular squash players and participating in tournaments, leagues, and training with other children. Without her passion and her commitment to the community she's created, I believe my own involvement with squash would be much less, let alone my children's developing skill and circle of friends. Lastly, I would be remiss to add that she is an extremely warm, approachable person. Her sense of community and service goes far beyond that of squash. I am thankful to have Pei Mei involved in my children's lives; even peripherally, she's had a great impact on their upbringing and well-being.

Pei-Mei has been very instrumental in promoting and growing squash in the Bay Area. Her dedication, energy, helping attitude has helped numerous juniors take up squash and excel in the game. She is an integral part of the squash community here in Bay Area and it will be very sad to see her not continue her work at Bay Club Fremont. Please keep her.

I was surprised to learn Ms. Pei-Mei will be removed from squash program in Fremont Bay Club. It will be a tremendous lose for Fremont squash community if this is true, Pei-Mei play a significant role in Fremont squash community over a decade, she is the best advocator that she help countless squash families to build their kid’s learning pash of squash through her unique experience and good heart. With only two squash courts in club she still establish a successful squash program because of her hard working, there is no one can replace her who is willing to walk a extra miles for members.
