Residents of Springbrook Glen have noted serious infestation of red ants and termites in the HOA playground structure. The structure is going on 20 years old and needs to be replaced. Guidelines for playground structures state every 8-10 years they should see a refresh. Now the structure has issue with rot, holes where insects are making their home and deteriorating the structure at a more rapid pace.
Safety has become an issue with the structure in it's decline. This petition will be hand delivered to the HOA board so they can take action to replace the playground structure before a child is injured.

The volume of support has secured a formal meeting with the HOA board to discuss playground replacement. I am currently drafting a detailed safety report to present alongside the petition files.

TOTAL NEGLECT. We pay these high HOA fees for what exactly? Replace it before a kid gets hurt and there is a huge lawsuit.
20 years is way to long for them wooden structures. Time for an upgrade.

My kids play here every single day and the ants are everywhere. It is rotting so fast its actually scary
