Please add your signature in support of getting a quick replacement for the playground that was recently removed from the Commons Clubhouse.
The North Springs Improvement District (NSID) oversees the area and had removed the playground for safety reasons. Since the removal was unexpected, there is no budget alotted to replace the playground within the current budget.
The next fiscal year begins in October, 2011 and can be added to the list of projects then.
We feel that considering Heron Bay is a family oriented community and many children frequesnt the playground, we are respectfully requesting the NSID to reallocate 2010 budget dollars for the replacement of the playground ASAP.

The scale of this response confirms the necessity of our demand for immediate playground funding. I am currently finalizing the formal request to the North Springs Improvement District to ensure this document is ready for their upcoming meeting.

My toddlers miss the swings so much. Its a huge bummer for everyone on our street.
RIDICULOUS. How do you just take the park away without a replacement plan? Think of the families living here.
My kids have nothing to do now. We pay high HOA fees for this exact reason. Get it done already.
The playground was the main reason we moved to Heron Bay. It is quiet and empty without kids playing outside. Please fix this soon.
Just move some money around. dont tell me there isnt a budget for this. ridiculous.
