Residents of Springbrook Glen have noted serious infestation of red ants and termites in the HOA playground structure. The structure is going on 20 years old and needs to be replaced. Guidelines for playground structures state every 8-10 years they should see a refresh. Now the structure has issue with rot, holes where insects are making their home and deteriorating the structure at a more rapid pace.
Safety has become an issue with the structure in it's decline. This petition will be hand delivered to the HOA board so they can take action to replace the playground structure before a child is injured.
