Update.
The
lot has been identified as a lot that will be donated to Operation
Finally Home (OFH) a charity we have worked with several times in the
past where we donate the lot and one of our partner builders build the
home for a deserving disabled veteran and their family. Due the the
pandemic, OFH has been delayed in identifying a deserving family. I
hope having accurate information directly from the right source helps
change the narrative. Thanks

I also asked my team to ensure this lot is cleaned up and mowed on a
regular basis until the OFH home is built. Sometimes things get missed
so appreciate the aid in awareness so we can address
Would like Howard Hughes to do something with the no plan lot at 19702 Raccoon Hollow Way. Please put a 60' house in, so that the side walks can be completed and the lot is no longer used as a dump site. If a 60' house will not fit put in a small park, similar to Lakeland heights future park or Towne Square Park. I dont think any of us want to see an empty lot as we come into our neighborhood. Hoping to get some signatures for Cleburne and if there is a lot of interest get it on the bigger Bridgeland Facebook groups. Pass along to your neighbors.
I've lived on Raccoon Hollow Way for over a year and have been PATIENTLY (not) waiting for something to be done with that corner lot. I'm almost afraid to walk up to the mailbox because it's so rugged in that area. I'm always afraid a snake is hiding in the tall grass or in one of the holes around that area. PLEASE do something with the lot. It's not fair that we are paying the same dues as everyone else in Bridgeland and yet we have the ugliest street of all.
