By signing, you are supporting the idea for the POA/Builders( Baumann and Crosno and or Douglas Sperber the listed POA President) to allocate some of its 2023 -2024income to build a playground for children and families residing within Prairie Lea Subdivision.
There are a few reasons why you might be interested in having the POA build a playground:
1) You have children, expecting children, OR:
2) To raise your home value for future buyers by offering an amenity comparable with other neighborhoods in Pea Ridge OR:
3) To see the neighborhood children play in something else other than the retention pond(which is not fenced) and neighborhood drainage areas OR:
4) Would like to see a place where members of the Prairie Lea Community can gather and converse with each other while also providing a safe place for their children to promote physical activity.

We 100% need a playground for the community. I would also love to see a proper sign installed and fencing around the pond. We all pay dues and all 3 of these would help the community. And help keep this neighborhood the best in Pea Ridge.

Having a safe place for the kids to play instead of the street is a must. Lots of us have little ones and we really need this park.
