Due the number of new homes and families gracing the scenery in the New Hunter’s Creek area, there are parents here that believe that a park would be necessary to build community relations and provide a local place for our kids to enjoy.

been talking to a few neighbors who agree that the space between the schools is perfect for a park. we really need to secure that lot before any more construction starts so i am looking into the next steps for our proposal.

the momentum behind this is honestly wild and its showing that so many of us want the same thing for our neighborhood. seeing everyone step up to support a spot for the kids to play makes me feel way better about getting this project off the ground.

This community is in serious need of a park. If this proceeds and a park is built, I would like to see one that is covered to minimize any heat injuries as most equipment would get extremely hot in the NC summers. Thanks
My husband and I have children who are grown now, and we do not yet have grandchildren. However, we have so many new families with small children in our neighborhood. We genuinely need a park. There are a middle school and an elementary school within walking distance, but there is no park! I really don't understand why a park hasn't already been constructed. Great idea!
Lets make this happen!
We absolutely need a park for the kids!
I would love to see a place in this neighborhood to take the kids to play. The commons is across town
A community park for all to enjoy is a necessity. Count my voice!

This is a great idea! Currently families living in the Piney Green area have to travel at least 20 minutes to make it to the nearest park.
