Please help us by signing this petition so we can bring Sleep Well Tattoo Parlour to Romford. We applied for a change of usage two months ago, we have had our cheques processed,paid for our extras and placed the 28 day protest in the window. There was no opposition AT ALL from local residents however Romford council have told us it is not in their policy to place a Tattoo studio in a small row of shops, Even though the shop was previously a Hairdressers/Beauticians that could have freely advertised and undertaken permanent make up (a Tattoo).Our business partner Steve has owned this shop for 9 years, has employed scores of local residents and provided apprenticeships to numerous young people in Essex,we would like to continue supporting the local community with Steve. We were really excited to get renovating and open to tattoo all you wonderful people and would like to continue this dream of ours. Please help us by signing this petition which we will take to Romford Council on the 12th of March. Every signature counts.
