Last night (19-8-2010) after a meeting with Rochford District Council - Rochford lost out to what could be the best business opportunity to promote the District ever - RollaCity - The planning application was lost by just ONE (1) vote!!! This petition has been set up as part of a new campaign which is going to be started to help the would-be owners with their Appeal against the council/application. Please could you sign this petition and show your support for what will be an amazing business venture for all of the surrounding area to enjoy. Since the closure of "Roller City" we have really missed it - our children never knew what fun we all use to have skating round and meeting up with our school friends (after school) - I really feel that everyone will benefit from the RollaCity.
