I would like to see the Town of Milton pursue funding and take advantage of the offer of additional funds from Mr. Evans and the Milton Fire Department.for the installation of new sidewalk and curbing along the western side of Walnut Street between Mill and Front Streets. This is the only portion of Walnut Street without sidewalk and is important as it would provide the final pedestrian connection to our Town's emerging riverfront.
Please take advantage of this plan and pursue funding and allow Mr. Evans and the Fire Company time so they may contribute.

Looks like common sense to me. Why turn down help from the fire dept?
This issue needs to be resolved in Mr Evan's favor immediately! Stop the ridiculousness!!!!
SO NEEDED. The town council needs to stop dragging their feet on this.
Finally someone is pushing for this. I live right by Mill st and it’s dangerous for my kids to walk to the river.
This would greatly benefit our quaint town, why wouldn't this funding be applied for if that's what it could do?
