Since taking over Sher's Wagon Wheel located at N9091 County Road CX Portage, WI 53901 we have been a supporter of "Live Music". Every Saturday Night we have had live bands. In the Summer we have a beautiful backyard that we had the bands set up to play outside. A Couple of the neighbors have complained to the Sherrifs Dept and they have come out a Total of 3 Times. All 3 Times the Officers said we were with in reason and NO Citations were issued. Those neighbors have complained to the Ft Winnebago Township and we have been brought up before the board. They are going to enact a noise ordianance and want to restrict our liquor license to stop all activities outside. They infringing on our 1st Amendment Rights. The township board meeting is looming and we need to ramp up the pressure now. Call the board members listed on the petition page and tell them to drop the proposed noise ordinance. Post this link on your Facebook feed so the rest of the community recognizes that our live music is under threat.

This is ridiculous. If you move next to a bar you should expect some noise. Simple as that.
We love the outdoor music at the Wagon Wheel!! It is one of the only places around with a good atmosphere. Leave them alone.
THEY LITERALLY HAD THE COPS OUT THERE 3 TIMES AND FOUND NOTHING WRONG. Why are we still doing this???
Used to go there all the time. Local board needs to get a life instead of harassing small business owners just trying to make a living.
