This petition is to ask the City of Ingalls in assistance with a noise problem our neighborhood has had for several months. We realize there are no noise ordinances during certain hours, however, the music is loud during the day and nighttime, sometimes even during the early hours of 2:00-5:00am. It is not fair to us that we are forced to endure blasting loud music everyday of the week. Perhaps this person does not realize how loud the music is, although it has been brought to their attention more than once. We ask that something is done to encourage our neighbor to bring the music levels down to where it is not disturbing the neighborhood. Nobody is against music (especially if there is a reunion/celebration going on), but we believe creating noise in this manner in a residential neighborhood should not be tolerated.
