This letter is intended for signatures by neighbors in proximity to Los Panchos Tacos and Cantina at 441 Washington Street, San Diego, CA 92103. The business has shown a disregard for their neighbors by failing to abide by the restrictions of their entertainment permit which requires that live entertainment noise be kept to a reasonable level as to not disturb surrounding businesses and residences. We demand that Los Panchos take action to control the noise level caused by their nightly DJs which go until 12am, often past this time, and live music on the weekends. We request that Los Panchos keep their exterior doors closed anytime there is a DJ or live music and actively monitor the level of noise outside of the restaurant during live entertainment, paying special attention to the amount of bass frequencies that can be heard and felt in proximity to the building.

Extremely loud constantly, can’t sleep until well after 2 am. Turns on again early in the AM
this isn’t difficult to fill out and worth it if Los Panchos is actually forced to abide to the local ordinances we all abide by

they’re just always loud even at 7 am during the weekdays which doesn’t make sense because they have no one there and they wake me up before my shift for work or have the music on so loud that sometimes I struggle to fall asleep and most of the time my windows aren’t even open
