Since taking over Sher's Wagon Wheel located at N9091 County Road CX Portage, WI 53901 we have been a supporter of "Live Music". Every Saturday Night we have had live bands. In the Summer we have a beautiful backyard that we had the bands set up to play outside. A Couple of the neighbors have complained to the Sherrifs Dept and they have come out a Total of 3 Times. All 3 Times the Officers said we were with in reason and NO Citations were issued. Those neighbors have complained to the Ft Winnebago Township and we have been brought up before the board. They are going to enact a noise ordianance and want to restrict our liquor license to stop all activities outside. They infringing on our 1st Amendment Rights.
