This is a petition to the City of Montevallo to make Shelby Street a safe place for the residence, children, pedestrians, and anyone else that would like to enjoy this community by slowing down vehicles with stop signs, speed bumps or eliminating thru traffic.

I live right off Shelby and it is genuinely scary to walk my dog. People treat it like a racetrack during rush hour. We need speed bumps before someone actually gets hurt.
