We, Lanier Springs Homeowners and community members, ask that the request to change the land-use from R-100 AND C-1 TO R-TH at 6483 and 6484 SUWANEE DAM ROAD 1185 BUFORD DAM ROAD be denied. We do not feel the current infrastructure and location lend themselves to building 85 townhomes. Case RZM2021-00016 -MSD REAL ESTATE ADVISORS

We are approaching the 250 signature threshold which provides the leverage needed to formally request a sit-down with the district commissioner. Please direct your contacts to the campaign page now so we arrive at that meeting with the strongest possible mandate.

I believe this proposed development is too dense for the acreage. I understand the desire to develop this land, but I think a lower number of homes would be best for the infrastructure in this immediate area (roads, traffic patterns, school traffic, etc). Thanks for your consideration!

That intersection is already a mess... a simple Chorus Practice yesterday at Lanier Middle had traffic back-up in all 4 directions at that intersection. This would be a disaster waiting to happen with all the school traffic and lake traffic already in the area

Although not a Lanier Springs homeowner, I am a nearby homeowner of the River Falls subdivision that will also be negatively impacted should this rezoning request be approved.

This area cannot handle more congestion until infrastructure is corrected. Traffic is already a nightmare at times and water run off from the water increased paved areas is causing the local creaks to over run and be polluted.

Way to much density for small parcel. Design has nowhere near the parking needed for the number of residents. It is currently Commercial zoning and should remain as such. A small store perhaps.

Absolutely NO to the townhouses! We live directly across from where they will be and they will effect how the drainage flows down to by our house plus the value of houses will go down.
