We, the residents in the area impacted by the proposed redevelopment of the single family homes at the intersection of Briarcliff and Cliff Valley DO NOT support a change in the Comprehensive Plan for this area. We want the area to remain in the Suburban Character area. We are completely opposed to both proposed changes as submitted by the applicant, Rockhaven Homes LLC.

Permitting this sort of over-development at the edges of our single family neighborhoods is to allow erosion of those neighborhoods to begin, until the character that brought people to raise families there is gone. Do not allow this to go forward.
I have lived in this neighborhood for the past 6 years. The addition of these units in combination with other development in the area will only serve to increase traffic to unimaginable heights, devalue our homes, and fundamentally change the quality of life on this street. I am vehemently opposed to this new development.
Please do not approve the building of Rockhaven townhomes at the intersection of Cliff Valley and Briarcliff. There is already too much traffic in the area, which is bound to get worse given the new CHOA building. Plus, the additional traffic will be a potential danger to the students who attend school on Cliff Valley Rd.
This is a residential neighborhood and we are "choking to death" on gridlock already. The roads have not kept pace with the development. People who would be most affected DON'T live in the area or have to deal with the congestion. All the developers care about is money $$$$ not the quality of life for the surrounding neighborhoods!
Not a great intersection for adding density. It is already challenging to make a right turn on red from Cliff Valley due to limited sight distance and speeding on Briarcliff. Besides the negative impact on traffic, which has worsened noticeably since I moved to this area in 2007, more mature trees will be lost.
I am opposed until Briarcliff is made into 5 lanes from N Druid Hills to Clairmont...with center turning lane.
Will cause too much traffic! They should go to corner of B'cliff & Clairmont. That is very ugly corner.

Traffic has gotten significantly worse over the last several years to the point that I cannot leave my neighborhood during rush hour. Cars are already backed up onto the I-85 access road from Cliff Valley during rush hour. Allowing this zoning to change will only make the traffic worse. This area cannot handle any more high density housing.
