No to the Townhomes in that area!!
Plenty of other housing opportunities available with the multitude of apartments going up in downtown Sugar Hill.

I say no due to negative affect on traffic on Buford Dam Road and Suwanee Dam Road. This could be extremely dangerous to children attending Lanier Middle and White Oak schools.

Suwanee Dam Rd and Buford Dam Rd are both single lane in each direction. The traffic backs up every single school day. There is no alternate route for many who need to get to work. The proposed density is unsupportable. I understand the developers want to maximize their ROI, but this is over-reaching with no regard to the impact on the surrounding properties. Please deny this re-zone.

We moved to north Gwinnett because of the suburban appeal without feeling overcrowded, great schools and reasonable traffic. 16 years later it has gotten out of control and this over development needs to stop. It has taken so long for property values to increase and this will reverse values for many who have gained equity. Not to mention the insane traffic that is already out of hand. Just stop already.

I believe this proposed development is too dense for the acreage. I understand the desire to develop this land, but I think a lower number of homes would be best for the infrastructure in this immediate area (roads, traffic patterns, school traffic, etc).
Thanks for your consideration!

the traffic in that area is already congested during school time. This would make things unsafe. Why do we need such density when there are apartment complexing opening all over Sugar hill. not a good idea
NO —- To townhomes - Gwinnett
