Cameron and Clegg think they can gut our youth services while we sit back and watch. I have been reading your stories about these centres and their absolute disregard for our community is disgusting. They are trying to bury this, but we are not going anywhere.

Absolute disgrace. They always cut the stuff that actually helps people. Needs to stay open.
my brother goes there every week and loves it. where are they supposed to go if this shuts down?? just hanging around on street corners? bad idea.
so sad to hear this. the staff at meols cop are amazing and actually care about the kids. stop the cuts now.
Ridiculous decision. Birkdale is the only place some of these kids have to go after school. Think about the community for once.
save our youth centres. stop punishing the kids for the governments money problems.

KEEP THEM OPEN. these places kept me out of trouble when i was a lad. dont take that away from the next generation.
