we did it and royal vale is officially staying in ndg. i honestly cant thank you enough for sticking with this because we really managed to turn things around. lets take a win for today but keep our eyes open to make sure they actually follow through.

KEEP ROYAL VALE HIGH SCHOOL IN NDG!
We the undersigned demand that the English Montreal School Board keep Royal Vale High School open at its present location in Notre Dame de Grace (NDG). We note that Royal Vale is the only English language public high school in NDG and that most of the students there live in NDG and nearby parts of the City of Montreal. We oppose the proposal to move Royal Vale to the former Wagar High School building in the City of Cote Saint Luc.

Nous tenons à souligner que l'école Royal Vale est la seule école secondaire publique de langue anglaise dans NDG et que la majorité des étudiants qui la fréquentent vivent dans NDG et les environs. Nous nous opposons au déménagement de l'école Royal Vale dans l'édifice ayant abrité l'école secondaire Wagar dans la ville de Côte-Sainte-Luc.

Total disaster if this goes through. The commute alone will be impossible for so many families.
Why are they even considering this? It is such a great school for the neighborhood. Please reconsider.
Keep Royal Vale in NDG! We worked way to hard to build this school up just to have it pushed out.
LEAVE OUR SCHOOL ALONE. NDG needs Royal Vale right where it is.
Does the EMSB even talk to parents anymore? Stop playing games with our kids education.

My kids go here and we absolutely love this community. Moving them now makes zero sense and disrupts everything.
