WILFRIED LAURIER SCHOOL BOARD
WE, THE UNDERSIGNED RESIDENTS, PARENTS, AND COMMUNITY MEMBERS, formally
submit this petition to voice our absolute opposition to the closure of Our Lady of Peace
School and any proposed amendments to alter the current zoning designation of the property.

Twin Oaks is significantly larger, already near capacity, doesn’t offer the same programs, and does not have enough room for all of the OLP students. Among other concerns, the loss of programs, overcrowding and splitting up kids to different schools, will negatively impact the overall quality of the children’s educational opportunities and environment.

My niece is very happy and thriving at this school and would really benefit from remaining
