STOP THE GREED. Locals cant afford these prices anymore.
Rent is way out of control. need to keep it local or we wont have anything left downtown.
Mount Dora wont be the same if all these cute shops get replaced by chains. greedy landlords are ruining the whole vibe.
Ridiculous. they are killing the businesses that actually make this town worth visiting in the first place.
Been coming here for 20 years and it just feels empty now. fix this greedy mess.

My favorite bakery just closed because of this rent hike. Its so sad to see our town lose its character like this.
