Hello Neighbors!

As many of you are aware, Saturnia Lakes HOA made a decision to remove all of our canopy oaks along the residential streets of our community. This decision was made by 4 past and present board members without a vote from homeowners. The trees are currently slated for removal on all residential streets to be completed in 3 phases over a 3 year span. Phase 1 began this week and dozens of trees have already been removed. Homeowners are demanding a vote on this issue. The issue of the trees must be added to the agenda of the next meeting in order to reconsider the removal decision and conduct a vote. It's not too late! We can stop this atrocity now and address the newly missing trees!

Jim Lepp is our current HOA board president. He has repeatedly ignored requests from homeowners to conduct a vote. He has been rude and unprofessional to many homeowners in this community. He needs to be removed from the board immediately. He is the reason you didn't get to vote on the trees.

We need an HOA that cares about their neighbors, wants what's best and what's fair for all of us as a community, and not just out their own personal interests. We need a board that's willing to compromise on community issues, not play dictator and make decisions for all of us based on what's right for a few people. Maybe some trees need to be removed, we can address that, we can come up with a plan. The solution most certainly is not removing ALL of the trees. Let's stop this insanity now.
